Kimberly is one of the St Elizabeth cancer care dietitians located at our Edgewood campus. Kimberly attended The Ohio State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics in 1993. Following graduation, she completed her Dietetic Internship at United Health Services Hospital in Johnson City, NY. Kimberly has over 20 years of experience working as a registered and licensed dietitian in a wide variety of specialties including weight management, long-term care, outpatient counseling, acute care and critical care/nutrition support. Kimberly started her career at St Elizabeth Healthcare as a Clinical Dietitian in 2008 and recently moved into her current role as a full-time Outpatient Oncology Dietitian last September. Kimberly is passionate about educating her patients on the importance of good nutrition throughout their cancer journey to help optimize outcomes and improve their overall well-being and quality of life. You can also find her teaching cooking classes in our demo kitchen in the Center for Integrative Oncology for a hands-on approach to nutrition education.
