Tracy Cameron serves as the Manager of Online Community and Patient Support at ZERO Prostate Cancer, where she oversees the organization’s digital engagement and support initiatives. Affectionately known as “ZACH’s mom” within the ZERO community, Tracy leads the ZACH program and is deeply involved in helping patients and families connect with meaningful, accessible support.

Based just south of Chicago, Tracy regularly presents on the purpose behind ZACH, the motivation that shaped its development, and the impact the program is having nationwide. Her presentations typically run 10–15 minutes and offer a clear, heartfelt look at how ZACH is improving the patient experience.
