Men-only, second Wednesday each month, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM If you have been recently diagnosed with prostate cancer and want to understand your treatment options, learn about potential side effects of different types of treatments, or understand what other men have gone through, this is an excellent place to start. Participation is limited to men only. Each session is professionally facilitated and averages two to dozen men. The group is comprised of men recently diagnosed, men actively monitoring their prostate cancer, and men who have been treated. The conversation is frank and no subjects are off limits. All discussions are considered confidential and participants are asked to be discrete and respectful. All men who participate have the opportunity to seek information from the entire group or specific individuals. Pre-registration is not required, just show up and become part of the group. After the group meeting, many men stay around for personal discussion and networking. If you are new to the group, we would be happy to match you with a "buddy" who can stay in touch and help answer your questions. We are here to help!
